Steak + swim = tiring swim

Went out for dinner with some family last night and enjoyed a huge steak.  Thank you Boars Head Aust. Very nice. The downside, was trying to stay afloat in the water this morning. Hard work!

  2. Training is going OK! Swam at the quarry with my dog on the weekend (and will be in the pool x3 this week; running x3; biking daily; boot camp classes x2... plus a baseball tournament next weekend). Sunday is my rest day (so long as we don't make it to the finals). Need to focus on my swimming and running much more in the next few weeks and aim for some consistency. My tri is only 3 weeks away!!

    I also just upgraded my bike and had my first ride (11km) to work this morning. Holy cow what a difference a powerful bike makes!

    Definitely have you in mind when I'm trucking through a workout.

    Still need to pick up a number belt.

  3. Sounds like you are putting a lot of work in Tia! A decent bike makes it so much more fun doesn't it. I love my bike!

    How do you train in the heat? Canadian heat would kill me I think.

    I am so glad you are doing yours first - I can steal all your ideas!
